what have you tried so far?
Take the ratio of the perpendicular to the hypotenuse
Then equate to tan
And angle of depression is the top right angle, you can figure that out
if tried tan^-1(opp/adj) but idk what angle i need to work out, idk what the angle of elevation is
The angle of elevation is basically the angle subtending the base to the top
what angle is it asking me to work out? what angle is the elevation of r to t
If the rectangle was labelled it would be easier for me to explain
does that help?
Yes, here Angle TRY is the angle of elevation
And angle RTX is the angle of depression
By the way, the angle will come around to be around 64.11 degrees
From calculator
Yes
This comes out to be 64.11297373367331170777083112472970203
Degrees
You'll need a calculator for this step
okay thank u and for part b?
