No actually 180x10^5 is the same value as 1.80x10^7

180x10^5 =18,000,000
1.8x10^7=180,000,00

If ur asking how 180x10^5 became 1.8x10^7

Its because 180x10^5 can be written as 1.8x10^2x10^5 will equal to 180x10^7
