r u in matric, i recognise that format from a mile
okay there a few things that i dont get from this question, what would be a root of an exponential function
$$h(x+2) + k =0$$
$$3^{x+2} + k =0$$
do we perhaps let 3^x = a variable like a then send make the inequality
@wary vortex are you following with my thought process
Yeah I am, sorry my power just went off for no reason 💀
I believe it’s like the x-value or something like that?
I have an idea, what I thought about cause h(x+2) would be x is 2 values left, and b is -4 which would make it -6, as an x-value?
I think I’m on a path?
$$h(x+2) + k =0$$
$$3^{x+2} + k =0$$
$$3^{x+2} = -k$$
Glar3
Then maybe sub in x = -4
$$3^{-4+2}=-k$$
Glar3
Wait nope, -6
sub in x = -6
$$3^{-6+2}=-k$$
Then you get
$$3^{-4}=-k$$
Which gives
$$k=-1/81$$
Glar3
Which happens to lie on the graph? Anyone who looks here, is this correct?
load shedding
hmm?
