The question is:
Knowing that (x³+1)/(x²-1)=x+square root of 6/x
What is the value of x+1/x?

Hello there sorry for the ping but when I've shown the solution to my teacher( I do this to make sure it's a good answer) he told me that there's another BETTER solution to determine the value of x+1/x directly without calculating the value of x. Do you know something about it?
