Factor 1/5 out of the limit and use the value of $\lim_{x\rightarrow 0}\frac{\sin(x)}{x}$

$\lim_{x\rightarrow 0}\frac{\sin(x)}{5x} = \lim_{x\rightarrow 0}\left(\frac{1}{5}\cdot\frac{\sin(x)}{x}\right) = \frac{1}{5} \cdot \lim_{x\rightarrow 0}\frac{\sin(x)}{x}$
