it's not 9 - 2 (-2 omega)
But why
(a - b)^2 = a^2 - 2ab + b^2
again, (a - b)^2 is not equal to a^2 + 2ab + b^2
$(3 - 2 \omega)^2 = 3 - 12 \omega + 4 \omega^2$

I know i did the question again and the answer is 26
