#What could be the system of equations I could use to solve these word problems?

Which one?
General rule is to figure out what the question is asking.
Almost everytime it is 2 variables
Then take those things as variables of your choice
Then find the info given regarding those things.
Write down the info in equation format.
You'll get 2 equations for 2 variables.
Solve them like we did in last question
@floral reef
The problem is that I don’t how to put the variables into a equation format, as you see the system I made for the first equation doesn’t seem to work.
Ok, let me review
Your answer is right though
I dunno why you multiplied by the money at the end.
They just wanted you to find the tickets sold
Not the money each age group made
Steps were right
Thanks, I think I am confusing my self, I multiplied it at the end just to be sure if the tickets sold were a total of $1650.
Can you please help me make the system of equations for the last question?
I think it should be c for cost and maybe d for distance
Yes
D for distance
And
Days
Oh ok, that means money is what days and distance are gonna be equal to
Yes
Alright
Did you get the equations?
I believe it’s this
That's correct.
You can solve it now like we did before👍
Thank you so much for the help, now I feel confident for the test, Thanks again
You're most welcome
Good luck for the test
We believe in you👍
