that question is really badly formatted question but I'm gonna guess the quantity 7x+1is supposed to be in degrees
do you know how many degrees there are in a full circle?
360
so in that case all the angle measurements should add up to be 360 right?
including that 7x+1 quantity
try using that to solve for x
if you look at the arc MJ that makes up half the circle same with KN, try using that info to find a value for x and from there you can find the angle measure of LIN
Hmm
So 15x-4
180
15x -4 is the angle LIM, so if you add that to KIL and JIK then you get 180
and JIK is also a section of NIK
it's all good
so you need to find LIN, which is the same thing as adding the angles LIM and MIN
MIN is congruent to KIJ because they are made of the same line segments
and KIJ is part of both MIJ and NIK which both add to 180 degrees
so you can set up a system of equations
let's call the angle of KIJ y
ok
that means 26x - 5 + y = 180
and that 15x - 4 + 54 + y =180 also
so you can use that info to find what x and y each are by playing around with those 2 equations
if I were you I'd try subtracting the bottom equation from the top equation
so (26x + y - 5) - (15x + y + 50) = 180 - 180
Okay
Close
nice
I got the answer @worthy lagoon
NICE! glad you got it
