when dividing 13/8 by 13/16 you flip the 2nd fraction and multiply the first fraction by it instead. then we get 13 * 16/8*13, get rid of 13s and 16/8 is just 2.

Because I see -1 x (5/8) : (13/16)

its not -1 * 5/8, its a fraction (-1 5/8)

-1 is just an integer part of the fraction

its “out” of the fraction to stop the fraction from being irregular
