For the angles given in degrees and minutes and seconds, I would convert that to a decimal number of degrees and then you c an do those just the others.

If you have to show work for that, remember that there are 60 minutes in one degree and 60 seconds in one minute.

So 80 degrees 40’ is 80 degrees plus 40/60 degrees. Now you’d have to round that decimal since 40/60 is 2/3.

Since there are sixty minutes in one degree, 40 minutes is 40 out of 60 minutes.

so if approximated decimals are okay you can do that. your teacher may be approaching it differently though.

Since 40/60 is equal to 0.6666… you could round to say two decimal places and say that 80 degrees 40 minutes is equal to 80.67 degrees.
