Well, you know that (-1, 32) should be the vertex of the parabola
You also know that (3, 0) lies on the parabola
Now, if you substitute these two points into the parabola equation (y = ax^2 + bx + c) and combine that with the fact that the x-coordinate of the vertex is -b/2a, you get a system of 3 linear equations in a, b and c
Can you do it from here?
