Actually, this has a fairly simple solution I believe

*and ik its kind of meant for as a joke but that wont stop me

First, expand the integrand into x^3 * cos(x/2) * √(4-x^2) + 1/2√(4-x^2)

You might notice that the first term is odd, and since our bounds are symmetric, that entire terms disappears

Now you are integrating 1/2 √(4-x^2) from -2 to 2

Ignore the 1/2, and what you are left with is essentially the area of a semicircle with a radius of 2, which is an area of 1/2 * π * 2^2 = 2π

Put the 1/2 back, and you are left with just...π

Now just hope that you have them memorized
