I am certain that you can find the answer by yourself.
You are given a function f(x)
And are searching for f(-2)
This means, that you are searching for the point on the function where x=-2
In other words, move along the x axis and find -2
The look up and down your graph if you can find a part of the function that is above/below that point on the x axis.
You will find two circles, one filled, the other one not.
so is f(-2) = -2
Since there is a closed circle at that point which the x axis passes through
