First, you need to expand and start to do inequality thingy
x+3a > 2(x-2a)
x+3a > 2x-4a
3a+4a > 2x-x
7a > x

Yeah, but the sides negative at the same time
So to remove the negative sign you need to divide it (-1) on both sides and answer is x < 7a
