Ok this might be a weird question. Have a family member that is going on long term disability they make 31hr and in the paper work it says Calculated at 67% of the first $27,000 of annual gross salary, plus 55% of the next $90,000 of annual gross salary, plus 50% of the remainder.

So how much will they get on a paycheck bi weekly?

they make 67% of 31 until 27,000 then, then only 55% of 31 until 90,000, am i getting that right? then i don’t understand 50% of the remainder tho

for ~22 weeks they make $1661 then the rest is $1364 if what i said is right

They asked me and I have zero clue, if the 1sr part is right for the 1st 22weeks then get is $1661 that's fine.

You don't give enough information. Do you mean they make $31 an hour? If so, how many hours do they work every two weeks?

With the 67% thing, does that mean they get 67% of their disability income in addition to their work paycheck?
