you just put it into a calculator, but $3 \cdot 10^8$ just means $3 \underbrace{\cdot 10 \cdot 10 \cdot ... \cdot 10}_{\text{10 times}}$

and $6.6 \cdot 10^{-34}$ is just $6.6 \cdot \frac{1}{\underbrace{10 \cdot 10 \cdot 10 \cdot ... \cdot 10}_{\text{34 times}}}$
