Detached you have to do maintenance and no amenities but 100% privacy. Probably in suburbia which means more space but less close to nice things in the city

Townhome: probably in the city so there's a bunch of stuff that's accessible by walking. Less privacy than a townhome, no amenities

Hi guys, I came here seeking help and advice

So I've been studying CS for the past few years, and I always thought math wasn't necessary, as long as you got the basics (the basics that sadly I thought I had, but I didn't) and I neglected math from way before like from middle school till now (Senior year in CS), I recently realized that I love math and I was really wrong about what I thought before, which got me to subscribe to a full math courses to start over, and in the start I have been struggling with multiplication computations (I can do from 1-10) in maybe 10 seconds in each question give or take (and I can do larger than that but it takes more than 10 seconds), and I thought that I really should work on that and try to improve my computing skills since I started working from the basics aiming to be really good at math, the goal was make fast computation to be from 10s to 4s max by practice before I continue my math course (I'm currently in multiplication section), my question is does it really matter to try to improve how fast I can do computations ? because I've really been struggling, not with the task itself but because it takes a lot of time and effort I procrastinate a lot, which resulted in a thing that should be done in a week or two to a whole month and a few weeks, and I stopped doing the course because I wanted a strong foundation before I proceed with course, so I ask again; do fast computations make a difference ? should I really take the time and effort to compute fast ?

A few friends said I'm wasting my time being a perfectionist, and I should just continue with the course, fast computations can be done with calculators, and eventually I will lose the skill of fast computation with time.

Many systems confusingly use "," or "." for both, often reversed depending on region. This leads to critical misunderstandings.

Proposal:
