Hey y'all, I was hoping to get some input on using ChatGPT to help learn math and technical topics. I don't blindly trust ChatGPT, instead I basically ask it for hints, and I ignore the hints if I don't think they're helpful. Are there pitfalls with this approach I should avoid?

For example, I was recently reading about algorithms for counting triangles in a graph. I asked ChatGPT why a certain matrix product represents the numbers of paths from different nodes. Then I verified its response
