oh, it don't need any of it, but the way it works in norway if you want to apply to university is that you have to have a grade in all 6 basic subjects(which you get trough high school) or get them some other ways later in life(either trough classes over 1-2 years period(like i do) or trough self study with a bi-anually exam to get a grade)

and then if you do not get high enough grade in those 6(or a degree have another additional subject as entry requirement) then you have to take extra exams for other subjects to get enough study points and/or grades to be able to apply to the degree you want.

so basically, don't need it IN university but need it to GET TO university
