What do you need the software to do? Latex is the most powerful and widely used maths typesetting software, I can’t imagine anything you’re doing doesn’t support TeX in some way

It's a collaborative project involving several people to transfer a math module, so it contains many equations. The issue with LaTeX is that it generates everything as images, making it non-copyable. There's something called MathType that allows me to freely copy and paste mathematical formulas into Word. However, the problem is that MathType is a paid service, and for the free version, you need to go through account setups and all that hassle. If I were working alone, I'd use LaTeX without any issues. However, when passing the information to others who need to copy and paste, they would have to do it for hundreds of formulas just because I chose to use LaTeX, and to me, that would be a bit unkind.

Hey all, is there any major practical differences between a MSc in Stats vs a MSc in Data Science if I don't intend to pursue academia? I've personally held the view that DS courses may be less rigorous/ riding the AI hype train, but Im hoping to apply to ETH Zurich which is quite reputable.
Applying for MSc in Stats would mean I need to do another year of pre-req papers, whereas I believe my background would allow me to go straight into a MSc in DS
