If you dont know the poiseuille flow equation by heart you can rederive it from navier stokes by taking the boundary conditions u=0 on the boundary of the pipe, getting an explicit formula for u (it's a degree 2 polynomial in terms of the distance to the boundary), and then integrating to get the volume output
