Okay evidently the Expert Missions in the HIA give 400 EXP per run, which is pretty solid
Unfortunately it uses Battery Charge for each attempt, 40 of it to be exact
Still less charge than some other things in the HIA Club though, so at very least there's that
If you want xp I think that's the most reliable way of doing it, plus you get the A Rank materials characters need to upgrade their skills

Okay guys here’s a suggestion for disc drives

At first just go for set bonuses regardless of like classes of the disc drives

Just make sure you have a decent 4 set and a 2 set

After that you can focus on disc 4,5 and 6 these have random attributes compared to 1,2 and 3 which are always hp attack and defense

So make sure you give them some stats that suit your character like attack or crit or elemental damage etc

Also level every A rank disc you like to 3 do you can see the hidden attribute it’s like a 4th attribute and sometimes 5th if the disc is good

Lastly you’ll get S rank discs eventually so don’t sweat it just focus on getting like decent level 3-6 A rank discs first

after you get the right set bonuses on everyone you need you can focus on getting the right main stats on slots 4-6
