chimkin :)
ground beef thingy for lettuce wraps 10/10 (first time i think to take pics for this channel)
has onione and serranos, added a bit of gochujang and chipotle but probably should've gone with only one of those đ€
guess these should go here too
That looks so delicious
My pizza and my GF's pizza :3
AYO?
Dee
remember when i told you preshredded cheese isn't optimal for melting
you see now right?
i mean vegan cheese is preshredded as you said so there's no going around it
Decided to try my hand at some simple ramen
wamen :3
eg
What are good cinnamon roll recipes
I need like a tasty fudgy brownies one but for cinnamon rolls
recipe for a cinnamon roll that's like a brownie?
No that's the equivalent in how good it is
I have a recipe for cinnamon rolls that I've always used but uhh they're the only cinnamon rolls I ever had so idk how good they are compared to the authentic american stuff lel
this is what they looked like
making homemade rotis
pog
Noods
I also made a strawberry mirror pie (with a small amount of strawberries, though) but I messed the proportions so it doesn't look that great
Once it's done cooling I'll send the pic
I put too much filling so there wasn't enough space for the "mirror" layer
Guys I think I have a shakshuka addiction (i make it every week without fail)

Lamb, feta and tomato tagliatelle (my own improvised recipe)
Mad how Iâm doing this on a uni budget
(Very sorry to all the Italians in here, itâs just too good)
looks good
that looks good
Honestly, I forgot this thread was a thing lmao
But guess I might as well post the borgar I made with dad
Gotta love fried provolone cheese
is that the breaded thingy??
On another note I made this today
Relatively proud of it but I do wish it was tagliatelle instead of conchiglie
Wouldâve looked nicer aesthetically
Yeah!
i may have to experiment w breaded fried cheese
That looks pretty good :o
you have led me down this path
tbf i've made breaded halloumi fries before
but idk if they were really fries bc i oven baked them
I used very thin slices because it was my first time, in case I fucked up and it didn't taste good
Now I gotta try slightly thicker slices because it slapped haha
that's valid
i honestly think thinner might be the way to go
since at least in my head it'd get a lot crispier
although i guess you're looking for that gooey interior thick is better
Yeah I wanna see how the thicker slice feels on the burger, since this attempted was more breaded than cheese in the end :p
i wanna try doing that thing where
you basically make your burger patty but you put a cheese sauce inside it
then when it's cooked you take a bite and the sauce comes out
actually
wait
that sauce would come out really hot since its trapped inside
but if i semi-froze the sauce and put solid discs of it inside the patty instead, its starting temp would be less
so by the time the burger is cooked, the sauce inside isn't nearly as hot....
what if i did that with a homemade compound garlic butter?????
that'd be so bomb
Worthy death imo
owo
rushed folding the batter so they were inconsistent between each other but top left was literally perfect
not to brag or anything :)
yea, chocolate soufflés:)
Used Claire's recipe with a bit of cream of tartar because I hoped that'd help, didn't notice if it did though
interesting
i really need to build up my baking skills
i can't onetrick cooking forever
i gotta expand
i'll start with cookies
Lamb chops w mint yoghurt, roasted potatoes with garlic butter, honey-roasted carrots
A fine meal
Also yes I know my plating needs work đŠ
I forgot this thread existed
it reemerges once every full moon whenever someone remembers it's a thing
Wake up babe
New Noxious shakshouka spam just dropped

holy shit looks awesome, hard to make?
I wouldnât say so
Itâs peppers, onions, tomatoes, a couple spices, eggs and parsley
Oh and olive oil
@sinful slate veggie udon stir fry
looking good, send some
veg
i wish i'd had that for dinner rather than the boring scrambled egg sandwich i had today
cooked this whole damn thing by myself

"That turkussy" -Amy
send me some
@sinful slate

skirt steak :D
Ooh
Guys I cooked for my uni friend the other day and he said it was the best meal heâs had all semester
proud chef moment
garam masala đ

Made quiche, am fairly happy with the result

Wuiche
Haven't made moussaka in some time, portion for 7 ppl is fucking exhausting
my mum makes good moussaka
guys
me and my big brother are going to try and make mexican food today
Brother:
- Fish Tacos
- Refried Beans in mexican adobo
- Pico De Gallo
Me:
- Esquites
- Charred Corn Queso
can't wait personally
:o
Ok so the beans werenât refried
They were just cooked in adobo for a while
Fish + Pico de Gallo was insane in a taco
Beans + Queso + Pico was also insane in a taco
Esquites turned out ok, mine defo needed work though
I forgor we had this thread >.>
Here's me first muffn batch that I posted in general
And let it be noted that I fkn love bananas (including nana muffins since yesterday lel)

banana nut
he cooked đ
I need a good mushroom risotto
The one i tried was good but almost inedibly salty :/
i bought premade 15m packs that were pretty good
First ever attempt at homemade pizza
Absolutely stunning, but the dough couldâve been a bit more airy, probably over-kneaded it
Zaza!
@sinful slate I have saffron from a recipe I tried to make and ended up fucking it up
A long time ago
What do I make with safron?
This?
This?
I can make squid pizza
or this
hmmge
@rocky spire try persian saffron rice
I kinda wanna try the pudding
But I can also just do saffron rice
As someone who is obsessed with kheer
Go with kheer
Ooo
Improvised some chicken noodles, topped it with fried eggs + some other stuff!! Amazing honestly
Not entirely sure if itâs an actual authentic dish but it sure does taste good, Iâve tried to stick to ingredients found in East Asian cooking

Actually I guess itâs sort of Indochinese since I used ground Kashmiri chilli but that might be a bit of a stretch
General Tso's
Halloumi wraps!! Even the flatbread was homemade
when life gives you citron mandarin hybrids, you make... um... citronmandarinade
Meyer lemons are so good
@sinful slate
i made sticky toffee pudding but will not be taking pics bc ive made 0 effort in the plating
That sounds delish
not bad for a first try but could be better
i think it needed like 2 more mins in the oven
and i got whole dates but prob shouldve peeled them
otherwise came out great :)
Turkish-style kofte meatballs, stock-cooked rice, homemade pickled onions, Greek yoghurt/pomegranate molasses sauce
INSANITY honestly
waow
one day ill get good at plating/pics
but i made risotto
dk if it's marginally undercooked but it's good
crazy how my first try is immediately better than the two times i've tried to order it at a restaurant
my DAWG COOKED

best part is
i batch cooked everything
so i've literally been having this the entire week
shit slaps so hard
Made some Adana Kebabs for a bbq today
Also have some homemade peri peri wings but forgot to take a pic
Gonna cook them soon
Homemade shawarma and rice bowls, tomato & onion salad, haydari (the yoghurt stuff on top), sumac
