U can report the same person every game n they won't do noting

alot of games also have it so people dont have to review the reports

they only review the appeals for any consequences gotten from the reports

have bots moderating the reports

is someone gets alot of reports in the same day they get a warning and then if it happens again they get a timeout or something

then they can appeal

maybe have a kill cam or something for anyone that reports so that actual people can review exactly what happened
