Console Command bug

When i open the console command and i want to add a cannibal it doesn't work the command "addcharacter" doesn't exist for me?

Not a bug, they eemoved a bunch of commands in 1.0 for a specific reason

Ohh oke thanks, also do u know like why i can’t skin some mutants like the one’s they look like cannibals but without face i see some people can skin it but i can’t or is that also removed in 1.0?

those blind cave mutants? normal puffies can't be skinned anymore, only stronger variants

for balance removed in one of the patches

(stronger variants give 2 creepy armor)

but oh they have a punch
