Me and my friend we're trying to go get the katana but we ran into a bug.
Our keycards weren't working so we tried to save and rejoin but the keycards are still not working.
Can anyone explain this?

There are 3 different keycards, are you sure you have the correct one for that particular door?

I believe you need all 3 for that particular door to open.
