Groovy in my opinion was an amazing music bot that gives users an amazing experience to listen to music in a vc, which is in my opinion something very unique and an interesting idea, listening to music through a discord voice channel. Other than that, I do feel sorry for the people here who have had amazing moments with Groovy and I feel you guys, I know that you guys must be sad about Groovy's ending. I also do know that this was a hard choice and it's not fully the bot creator, Nik's fault. And if Nik is reading this I am sorry that this has to happen, and I know how much Groovy probably was to you, and I hope that things still go well for you in the future, the youtube Cease and Desist order was not your fault. อย่างที่ทุกคนรู้กัน วันนี้เป็นวันสุดท้ายที่ Groovy จะเปิดให้บริการ Groovy เป็นหนึ่งในสามบอตที่ผมใช้เป็นประจำ (Groovy, Rythm และ Dank Memer) ผมรู้จักกับมันในช่วงปลายปี 2562 แต่เริ่มใช้เป็นจริงเป็นจังในปี 2563 แม้ว่าผมอาจจะใช้ Rythm มากกว่า แต่ผมมองว่า Groovy มีลูกเล่นที่น่าสนใจมากกว่า เช่นเสียง 8 มิติ หรือการบันทึกคิว และ Groovy น่าจะเสถียรกว่า Rythm อีกด้วย ทั้งหมดนี้จึงเป็นเหตุผลที่เพื่อน ๆ ของผม (ซึ่งก็ไม่รู้ว่ามีหรือเปล่า) ถึงใช้ Groovy กัน
Groovy ยังเป็นอีกหนึ่งช่องทางในการฟังเพลงกับเพื่อน ๆ เวลาเหงา และสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่น ผมได้เจอเพลงแปลก ๆ และเพื่อนใหม่ ๆ ผ่าน Groovy อีกด้วย

As you may know, this is our last day for our venerable Groovy. Groovy is one of my three horsemen in Discord bots (Groovy, Rythm and Dank Memer). I’ve heard about its existence since late 2019, but really started using it personally in 2020. Even though I’ve been using Rythm more, I think Groovy has more feature. For example, 8D audio and queue saving. Groovy is probably more stable than Rythm also. All of those are the reason why almost all of my irl friends (if I had any) are using Groovy.
Groovy is one of the way to listen a song together with my friend when we’re bored, and making connection with others. I even find some interesting songs or meet with new friends on Groovy!
I would like to thank to all of the developers and staff team for making and improving Groovy to be better and better until its last day of the operation.
Lastly, I have four songs for you at the end of this letter.

I have ran into Groovy off and on in my years of being on Discord. Had ran Groovy a few times and loved it, sort of felt it was more human than a bot. The developers and staff dedicated to bringing Discord music to the masses is not to be unheard, and I want to give my sincerest wishes and thanks. Groovy, I know that you can't talk nor speak nor read, but you do know one thing that we love the most. And that is your voice of music. On these darn days of COVID 19 Pandemic, I've been hearing you sing some of the most finest songs in this world can ever produce, with high quality that you gave us. And it seems that you can speak and translate, and even sing out 13 hours long of my Spotify playlist without being tired and all. But soon you'll disconnect once you were alone in the VC.
It's such a shame that you will be shut down this August 30th, just one day away from Malaysia's Independence Day. I loved Groovy, he was my favorite music bot. Mee6 wasnt as good as Groovy neither was Rythm. (I found at about Groovy in 2019.) I always used Groovy because I felt he was just really useful and was a perfect bot. Thanks for all the hours of fun for me and my friends.
Weather it was blowing our ears out with several other bots, or just vibing to music in general, Groovy always had the best consistency of the 10 (or so) other Discord music players I have used.
My favorite feature was the ability to upload files from my iTunes library and listen to them with friends, or just blow their ears out.
(the only thing Groovy could not beat was my network lag, but no one can beat that.)
