I always knew that this day would come......So it will for other music bots. The copyright is....well to say. Out of hand, it's hard to provide an good service if YouTube, and maybe Spotify soon too all lay an claim on the bots....
Although the quality was amazing, it was also an safe feeling bot, there was always good support. Great commands and not too forget the amazing time we had. We we're just chilling, it was an late Friday night. And I remember blasting Groovy on max volume, the great bass. Sometimes a little distort. But that's alright. It provided lovely times for me, and other peoples also. Thanks to the owners, for making this. I was sad when I first heard the news. It was disbelief. Groovy had such an nice....vibe I can call it. I have listened to music new and old with strangers who've now become my friends. I started using groovy like 2 years ago, in my first discord server, when I first downloaded discord and it became my favourite music bot, I used it in many other servers. After that, I stopped using discord music bots (i didn't even use voice chats) for a few months. Recenly (weeks ago) a friend of mine told me to start using groovy again and i did. I started using groovy again and it became my favourite discord music bot, after all of that, yesterday i saw a message sent by groovy saying that it's service will end on August 30th.

This was the first music bot that I added to my server, and even with other bots I have always used Groovy. I don’t know why. On all the servers that I moderated and where I added Groovy, I named it Arsen. Don't ask why, I don't know myself, it turned out to be some kind of small tradition.
I am very sad to see that the bot will shutdown very soon. Maybe for ordinary users this is not such a big tragedy, but I'm still very sad. You may consider it silly, but sitting with Groovy in the same voice channel was even somehow comfortable.

But over time, especially when pandemic lockdowns forced us to take our hangouts online, Groovy began to grow on us. When our calls stretched on late at night, Groovy was there with background music. We used Groovy for study calls, virtual birthday parties, and to surprise each other with our favorite songs. The ability to play hours long worth of songs in queues was a dream, and good times came out of it all. The memories of using groovy and calling it the superior bot was fun to say the least. I always used groovy when I needed to study or chill opposed to other bots like rhythm or hydra cause they just didn't have the best accuracy with many songs.
