I know this might not mean much coming from someone who you've never spoken to before. But from the bottom of my heart I want to thank you for everything you have done to improve so many people's lives. For you it might not really seem like that and it might just be a hobby for you, but your bot, your support on the groovy server, and especially YOU have really impacted a lot of people's lives.
Just on the small little corner of the internet in the small server I call "home", you have really brought people together with their love of music and an easy way to share it with each other. I'm sure i'm not the only one who feels this way either. Our server once had a very impromptu music marathon, where we kept poor OG groovy going for over 50 hours. It was super silly and goofy, but just a little thing like that will always be in those people's memories making friends, sharing their favorite music, and finding common interests with others.
I'm sure i'm not the only one who feels this way, but in this time of uncertainty you may be going through I just wanted to give you a little positivity and let you know that a lot of people, although they may not outwardly say it, thank you for all the time and effort you put into this.

We can't just switch to SoundCloud or Spotify for multiple reasons, first Spotify doesn't allow us to play direct audio, we just get information from Spotify and played it on YouTube, and second SoundCloud will most likely send a C&D later down the line. We at Groovy have decided shutting down is the best option at this time.
TL;DR: YouTube counted for roughly 98% of Groovy's streams, we just can't function properly without it so we have decided to shut down.
