Seems like this would be a good edition for both

On normal socket you can report if you feel like your getting overdelayed while flipping manually

And since the delay is more like a punishment for being fast rather than a balancing. It can allow macroers to slow themselves down and be more competitive with the rest of the users.

My main concern here is slowing yourself down only for bad flips and turning up on good ones which kill the chances of slow flippers getting anything good. But i think that can be done anyways rn. Like TPMs feature to use skip over a certain profit.
