Loosen delay on (very) small flips for premium users

With prem and tpm im making 2.4m/h, 44m after 19h of constant macroing, which would equal under 500m a week if i ran it 24/7, which you shouldnt do for safety reasons obviously. Binmaster can easily make more for me and i can only rarely ever get flips even under 1m profit, and still have over 1.5s delay. In my opinion premium is too strict and should be able to make atleast the same amount as binmaster, which i can get to 800m-1b

well you may want to run /cofl set moddisableSpamProtection to get more low profit flips

alternatively you could blacklist high profit ones

the second one was only found by the flipper after it was already sold, even with dropping the fairness system you wouldn't have gotten that.
For such cases I would recommend a custom user finder whitelist, the delay on those is a bit smaller since you put in effort to find the flip yourself
