Not really a network thing, but I used the cryptography library for encryption :)

I think he has no clue what he's talking about.
I helped him in this thread yesterday: #1483826094783336489 message and it was pretty much a fever dream. It was incredibly hard to try and explain him anything, and at the end I think he just lied to me when he said he understood it. I think until and even after the end he still didn't understand that sleep does not have anything to do with multithreading.

Right, I think he's new to coding. I agree with you. I think he needs more training to make good use of python

I don't know many libraries but a few basic web libraries would be requests, httpx, aiohttp, websockets.

There are a lot more but these should be some basic libs
