🔒 Feasibility of automating logins across 10 platforms with Playwright — especially email 2FA

Building a tool that logs into ~10 different web platforms, downloads reports, and needs to handle varying levels of authentication. Most are straightforward but one platform has mandatory email-based 2FA that can't be disabled.
Is this feasible with Playwright? And how would you approach the email 2FA — polling a dedicated Gmail inbox via API? Any gotchas I should know before hiring a developer to build this?
