I have a problem, I downloaded python to a new computer, but instead of the usual installation file, there was some kind of installation application that was broken as much as possible and did not work clearly. I tried to download the pandas library, but it gave the error "WARNING: The scripts f2py.exe and numpy-config.exe are installed in 'C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Python\pythoncore-3.14-64\Scripts' which is not on PATH. Consider adding this directory to PATH or, if you prefer to suppress this warning, use --no-warn-script-location.". then I went into the windows environment variables settings and deleted the path in an attempt to fix the situation. As a result, I don't have python on my computer, and when I try to download it, I can't install the path. I apologize if my treatment looks stupid, because I do not speak English and tried to ask for help from others.

Remember to:
- Ask your Python question, not if you can ask or if there's an expert who can help.
- Show a code sample as text (rather than a screenshot) and the error message, if you've got one.
- Explain what you expect to happen and what actually happens.
:warning: Do not pip install anything that isn't related to your question, especially if asked to over DMs.
Closes after a period of inactivity, or when you send !close.
well, I also downloaded the regular python installation file, but instead of anything happening when opening this file, it crashes.
