I am currently developing my bot using the library discord.py (disnake), but I'm thinking of switching to another more modern one, which you might recommend, I would like to use the capabilities of Discord bots to the fullest, with beautiful design and other features.

If you mean switching libraries, discord.py is update to date with discord features, currently the latest release is not out yet, but I believe (not confirmed) it should be out soon

There's others like pycord that are also equally maintained, I'm not entirely sure about the rest tho
