🔒 Complete beginner, need help!

Hi!

Complete beginner to all of this, been an uphill battle so far.

Trying to make this work to recover old family and pet photos: https://github.com/kamicater/LG-Gallery-Decryptor

When I try the installation line "python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt" I get an error because it can't find such a file or directory.

Do I need to place the .py file somewhere or am I missing something?
