I just made a pull request on the python docs fixing a small (single line modified) imprecision in the text where it was not clear what example the text was referring to.

Should I add [DOC] or [version number] to the title of my pull request? It looks like most other pull requests have done that.

Make an issue documenting the problem and cite the issue in the PR. Put in DOC like the other doc PRs also.
