python310.dll missing i did everything reset remove and reinstalling it restart no matter what i do i just keep receiving this remove the path cuztomise install it to /c drive. Even while downloading it withouth opening any script it just shows this

You could try installing 3.10.11 which is the latest 3.10 with an installer available:
https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-31011/
Because it's a patch release, it shouldn't be that different from 3.10.5.
