its been showing up like this , i tried restrting and undoing the changes and writing the code again yet not getting saved

I'd double check the permissions on that file. If they seem normal, I'd try disabling your antivirus to see if it's messing with things (my antivirus has prevented me from compiling Rust projects before, for example).

Also, make sure you aren't just completely out of of disk space.
