Hi there. I am still new to python and i'm busy learning about package managers. From what i understand, i need to use PIP among other package managers whenever the project i am working on requires it. Therefore, since i know how to use PIP through the command prompt, do i need to learn how to use Conda, poetry, uv and pdm or will i only need to use it when i am forced to?

Remember to:

  • Ask your Python question, not if you can ask or if there's an expert who can help.
  • Show a code sample as text (rather than a screenshot) and the error message, if you've got one.
  • Explain what you expect to happen and what actually happens.

:warning: Do not pip install anything that isn't related to your question, especially if asked to over DMs.

Probably you'll need to learn python -m venv or virtualenv first before using the more advanced tools
