I mean I tried every single thing I could think of, tried every decoding websites, I'm so confused. The person that made the puzzle stopped to reply after I finished the first part, he left every single servers he was in, I don't know if he'll come back if I manage to do the second part

Decoding a message is not something you can do with a bruth force 😂

Well you need to learn cryptography for that, and cryptography isn't something you learn on one sitting

b64 seems like base 64. mo I have no idea but maybe mono alphabetic cipher? and asc seems like a block encryption thing: https://link.springer.com/chapter/10.1007/978-3-642-28496-0_21, but could also just be ASCII I suppose
