Define "control". It's just a small computer. Do you have anything installed there you want to interact with? Or do you just want to do normal system stuff? Using scripts run on the pi itself or on your computer?

E.g.
If you want to control pi with scripts on the pi itself, then you'd just code whatever you want normally and run it there.

But if you want scripts on your main computer that will interact with pi's system - paramiko is a lib for using ssh in python
