to run a python file you do py myfile.py from the folder where myfile.py is located.. thats it.

when you get file not found, that means you are not in the same folder

And if you aren't sure what is in the file, i'd recommend you to first read what's in it or confirm it with others. You shouldn't run any anonymous scripts
