Remember to:
- Ask your Python question, not if you can ask or if there's an expert who can help.
- Show a code sample as text (rather than a screenshot) and the error message, if you've got one.
- Explain what you expect to happen and what actually happens.
:warning: Do not pip install anything that isn't related to your question, especially if asked to over DMs.
sounds like it's your python extension that is taking a long time to run
i dont have that many extensions...wait ill check
U r using python extension or code runner??
no, it's the python extension
wait it shows i have 16 but some appear dulled π
ya. wait why do i have code runner installed-
dont recall isntalling it
damn, how did you know?
delete all other extensions and keep only the official Python one
wiat it has many under that surname lol.pythn debugger python env and on n on
Normal thing...like i stumble upon same issue when I was a beginner
If u wanna use code runner ...than go to settings and choose run on terminal and it will work fine
when installing the main python extension three others are typically installed automatically, and those are alright
oh so am i free to uninstall code runner?
Yess ... it's your choice
it's recommended not to have that one
aight thx guys
it often causes problems, especially for beginners
welp vsc randomly decided i wanted it lol.good that its gone tho
