Remember to:
- Ask your Python question, not if you can ask or if there's an expert who can help.
- Show a code sample as text (rather than a screenshot) and the error message, if you've got one.
- Explain what you expect to happen and what actually happens.
:warning: Do not pip install anything that isn't related to your question, especially if asked to over DMs.
you haven't saved main.py
also, it's print and not Print. capitalization matters.
my bad im dum
how do you save main.py?
Try running it again, yeah
what do you see?
nothing
... that doesn't help. please post a screenshot.
F5 what?
the F5 key on your keyboard
if you're not using that, how are you running your code? describe the process please.
i uh
well
i was using new file
named my file that
then
i uh
just that i guess
thats what someone told me to do
OK, so you're not actually doing anything to run the code, you're just writing it. Press Ctrl+F5 to run your code.
who? you might need a better tutorial if the one you're using isn't telling you how to run code.
oh ctrl f5?
yea i think i need.
i forgot who, it was on my other question about
sublime text usage
i tried to do that
but it brings me to the variables section
did you install the Python extension in VS COde?
oh?
you need to?
how?
tell me
