You're going to be competing against everyone else who IS going to college. It's extremely unrealistic to acquire the same skills in the same amount of people as the people who ARE in college

People go spend 4+ years in college learning this. Do you think you'll be able to learn at the same level in the same time or less?

i'm not familiar with the indian education system, but whatever your equivalent of a bachelor's in computer science is what you'll want to do, assuming you want to go into software engineering

i have to do prep for world one of the hardest exams , for which i have to study PCM . only top minds of country go to IIT and their top companys came and other college are shit

It's fine to aim high but it's also important to be realistic and have backup plans

I'm self taught in Python so it can work out, but I also have other skills to pair with Python. Python isn't necessarily the main focus of my work

you should set up smaller goals in the beginning, and make your learning curvature more approachable. If only the top minds of country go to that exam perhaps there is a reason. There are steps and other exams in the way that you should pass in order to get prepared for the real stuff, it is hard to skip huge steps because you might trip at some point

Honestly, if I were you I’d get a CS degree, I work as an automation specialist but it was primarily due to connections. I have no degree. You’re competing against people who do have degrees unless you’re exceptional at what you do my friend.
