I am seeking assistance in developing a custom Discord bot for a role-play server. While I have a very basic understanding of Python, I am looking for someone with the necessary skills to help bring this project to life.

The bot will need to include the following key features:

Secure Verification System: A highly secure verification tab to ensure only authorized users can access the server.
Rules Integration: A clearly visible and well-structured rules section for all members.
Role-Based Command Access: Custom commands that can only be executed by HR-level staff or higher.
The goal is to create a safe, well-managed, and engaging environment for our role-play community. I’m open to discussing the best approaches, tools, and coding practices to ensure the bot is both efficient and secure.
If you are experienced with Python and Discord bot development, I would greatly appreciate your guidance and collaboration on this project.
