I am making mini desk for computer. When I run the program, the data sent from Pico is arriving at the computer. Buttons work correctly but potentiometer not working.

I have 3 buttons 1 potentiometer.

I have an app installed on each button and when I press it, it opens that app.

Pico is way way better
