🔒 Malware Attack, help needed

4 days ago this began popping up, i didnt know what it was at first before I realized it had .hta at the end, i tried searching through files explorer, i tried using virus protection all of it couldnt find this file, its hidden inside of mshta.exe and is disguising itself as a system32 program, if anyone has any clues and suggestions on how to find this file and finally delete please respond here or dms, im clueless i tried everything even cmd to find it, but the system itself couldnt find it
