I doubt that you can complete such a project

Fortnite has a big budget and a big team of developers

If you want to just make a game make it small and simple. There are many great indie games out there

You can do blueprints if you don't want to write code

But I doubt you can make the game you've specified

Art assets, 3d models, etc. is hard

Either you pay a lot, or you must be a professional designer

Or better, a team of designers

Ofc there are free ones, but they are used everywhere and your game won't be unique

Something very small and simple like tic-tac-toe with effects is not

But something like hollow knight is fairly complex for a beginner

It's a hard-to-get-right genre
